A considered office fitout within an existing sawtooth warehouse, celebrating the raw industrial character of the space.

Electrical services were intentionally exposed and expressed, with conduit runs painted in red to create a deliberate visual language throughout the interior. Precision in routing and alignment was critical to ensure the services complemented the architecture rather than detracted from it.

The result is a workspace where infrastructure and design are seamlessly integrated.
